Dr. Tanmoy Biswas

Dr. Tanmoy Biswas is widely regarded as one of the best in paediatric ophthalmology in Kolkata. In 2015, he earned his Master of Science in Ophthalmology from the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology at the Medical College of Kolkata, where he also earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees. He then completed a year-long fellowship in paediatric ophthalmology at Sankara Nethralaya in Chennai and another in Kolkata. He then accepted a position as an Associate Consultant in the Department of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Neuro-ophthalmology at Sankara Nethralaya Kolkata, where he completed his fellowship. Up until 2021, he worked for the organization as a consultant.

He is very skilled as an adult and pediatric cataract surgeon. He has extensive training in neuro-ophthalmology and paediatric ophthalmology and is considered a leading expert in his profession.

He's skilled in all kinds of complicated operations, including procedures to cure squints.
